I had a bunch of sites and domains hosted with them for over five years, but out of the blue last week, everything went down. No heads-up, no notice whatsoever.

The only reason they gave was that my 'site' had an MSQL overload, and I had to either start from scratch or switch to a different service provider.

When I probed for more info on how this happened, the response was just 'your site had a MYSQL overload'.

Since all three of my sites were offline (not just the one they claimed was the issue), I inquired about getting a refund. When I woke up the next day (less than 24 hours later), I found my money had been returned, and all my access was cut off.

Only after they disabled all my sites, terminated my access, and refunded my money did the agent say, 'sorry about that, have a GREAT week'.

Now, it’s gonna take me hours, maybe even days, to dig through my backups and get everything restored with another service.
